With over 25 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Alicia has managed over 1 million square feet of property and personally owns 66 investment units. She serves on the board of the GOB Network and brings strategic depth, mentoring, and market insight to our community. Alicia is the visionary force behind GOB INQ, empowering women to step confidently into commercial real estate ownership.

LACEY STULTZ

A 25-year media sales veteran turned real estate entrepreneur, Sonia is the founder of Genuine Properties. She oversees a portfolio that spans multifamily, student housing, and storage assets in key U.S. markets. Her background in communication, negotiation, and business development makes her a vital asset to our investor network, bringing returns and results with integrity.

Brings over a decade of entrepreneurial experience and a passion for financial empowerment. With a background in business ownership and real estate syndication, she specializes in scaling operations, delivering clear messaging, and creating opportunities for emerging investors. Her leadership helps drive the structure and growth of GOB INQ’s educational and investment initiatives.
